I'm looking for a talented interior designer and Revit professional to help me create a serene, Scandinavian-style cabin. This cabin is designed for a family of four, which includes two boys aged 8-10 and a dog, and will also serve as a rental property.

Key Areas:
- The entire cabin needs to be designed, including the living area and kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the outdoor space. Preliminary work that has been done already, will be provided.
Living Area & Kitchen Features:
- The living area should include an open-plan kitchen with modern appliances.
- Large windows are a must, allowing for ample natural light and creating a connection with the beautiful outdoor surroundings.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms Essentials:
- The bedrooms need to be kid-friendly, incorporating built-in storage and bunk beds.
- Bathrooms should be equipped with modern fixtures and some ensuite options.
- A design that employs natural materials and neutral colors, in line with the Scandinavian aesthetic, is essential.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Revit with prior experience in creating interior designs for cabins or similar properties.
- Understanding and appreciation of Scandinavian design principles.
- Ability to incorporate practical features for a family with children and a pet.
- Experience designing rental properties would be a plus.
