Need to design an existing house with complete remodeling. add one more car garage by extending the existing one car garage to a two car tandem parking garage towards the back of the yard.
redesing the front porch with new entry way to the inside.
knock down the walls to make the house connected all the way to the back. right now, the house had a 2 bedroom addition towards the back of the house, which make the house disconnected. need to open it up and redo the inside, with a big kitchen and dinning room/famiily room combo.
keep the same 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
add space for washer and dryer in the new garage space.
the back yard is quite large, and can add a big deck outside of the current master bedroom.
