7 Room Mini-Hotel Furniture and Appliance Layout Interior Design Floorplan

I am wanting to design the space attached as 7 separate hotel rooms/apartments. It is about 4000sq feet. I want to do a simple floorplan of the layout of bathrooms, kitchens, and front rooms of each space. Looking for creative ideas! (I have a dwg file of the floorplan so it does not need to be remade. Furniture just needs to be added)
