Retail Store Interior Layout Design

Job ID: 40432790

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m opening a new brick-and-mortar retail store and need a thoughtful interior layout that balances visual appeal with shopper flow. I’ll share the exact room dimensions, brand mood boards and product mix once we get started; what I’m looking for from you is a complete spatial plan that shows where merchandise will live, how customers will circulate, and how storage and back-of-house functions tuck away seamlessly.

Key deliverables
• Scaled floor plan (PDF + source file) clearly labeling display zones, checkout and storage
• At least two high-quality 3D perspectives that capture lighting, materials and overall ambience
• A concise fixtures & finishes schedule so I can price out construction and display elements
• One round of revisions after initial review

Preferred tools are AutoCAD or SketchUp plus any renderer you’re comfortable with (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). If you work in Revit or another BIM platform, that’s fine too—just send exports I can open.

Timing is flexible but I’d like the first draft within a week of contract start, with final files ready no later than two weeks after feedback. Please include a brief note about similar retail projects you’ve completed and, if possible, links or images of your work so I can see your style at a glance.
