I am seeking an experienced architect or designer who specializes in drafting distinctive rustic home designs. I am planning to build a residential property with 3 bedrooms and two baths. We are looking for an open floor plan with 3 beds, two baths under 1100 square feet.

Details:

- Home Purpose: Note that the home is intended for regular residential use, not as a vacation or rental accommodation. Your creations should embrace the comfort, warmth, and charm of regular daily living.
- Bedroom Count: The design should consist of 3-4 bedrooms. I am open to your expertise on how the remaining living spaces (kitchen, living room, etc.) should be configured for optimal space use and functionality.
- Design Style: I have a preference for a rustic design style. We Aim for a design that beautifully integrates the home with its natural surroundings while ensuring modern comfort.
