Residential Remodel and Modernization

Hi there,
We are looking for to remodel our home and make it more modern. We would like to keep the same footprint and infrastructure. We are looking for an architect that can provide 3D rendering of the exterior and how we can make it more simplistic modern.
I have provided the dimensions of the house and inspiration pictures.
We are looking for the following:
1. Exterior Design which will include 3D rendering.
2.Landscape Design which will include 3D rendering.
3. Interior design which will include 3D rendering.
The property has a view which we would like to maximize as well.
