Expectations:
- Create a detailed plan which includes space planning, furniture layout and color scheme
- Select suitable furniture, decor, textiles, lighting, and color schemes.
- Produce concept boards, layouts and specifications
- Incorporate bespoke furnishings into designs if necessary
- Provide realistic 3D renderings for visual representation
- Demonstrate a flexible approach - revisions may be necessary based on feedback
- Ability to work within set budget
