Residential Laundry Lighting Solution

Hi, I need some recommendation to eliminate the shadows from the cabinet pulls in the laundry room. The two LED lights in the ceiling have 930 lumens each at 3500K. Can we adjust the LEDs to get rid of the shadows? Also the other question is where we should set the undercounter light in the upper cabinets in the kitchen, towards the back wall or to the front of the cabinets or mid way? The cabinets are 24" deep, not the traditional 15-18". Thanks
