I'm seeking a talented interior designer for 3 residential projects. The houses range from 4,000-7,000sq.ft. The focus will be on the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and the main floor. It's important that the design reflects a modern aesthetic.

- Conceptual and detailed design
- Mood boards and color schemes

- Furniture and decor suggestions
Ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in residential interior design
- Demonstrated ability to create modern designs
- Proficiency in relevant tools like CAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and translate client requirements
