We are looking for a professional interior designer to create a modern and practical design for several spaces in a residential home. The required areas to be designed include:
1. Kitchen – A stylish and functional layout with smart use of space and materials.
2. Living Room – A cozy and elegant space suitable for family gatherings and entertaining guests.
3. TV Wall (Media Unit) – A visually appealing focal point with optional integrated storage.
4. Home Entrance – A welcoming and elegant entryway that reflects the character of the home.
5. Bedroom – A calm and relaxing space that balances comfort, privacy, and aesthetics.
Requirements:
Deliver high-quality 3D renderings and 2D layout plans.
Provide recommendations for colors, materials, lighting, and furniture.
Shop drawings may be required depending on the project needs.
Timely delivery and openness to revisions based on feedback.
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience in interior design with a proven portfolio.
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
Good communication skills and responsiveness.
