Project Overview:
I am building a new home in Chennai, Its under construction and looking for a freelance interior designer who can help me plan the interiors smartly within a tight budget. I am not looking for full execution—only expert advice, layout planning, and visual design to help with tile selection, paint colours, furniture placement, and future modular readiness.
What I Need:
2D & 3D layout design (floor plan provided)
Tile selection suggestions (living, kitchen, bathroom)
Wall paint color combinations and finishes
Basic furniture placement plan (sofa, TV unit, beds, dining)
Suggestions for wardrobe/TV unit/kitchen modular areas (future-friendly)
Electrical point suggestions if needed (TV, fridge, AC, geyser)
Project Scope:
3BHK house in Chennai
Design-only support (NO execution)
Must be budget-oriented (simple and smart ideas)
Final deliverables: Floor layout, 3D view/mockups, list of suggested materials/colors
Looking for Ideal Freelancer:
Experience in residential design
Able to create simple, practical layouts
Proficient in tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Planner 5D
