Residential & Commercial Architect/Designer/Drafter

I'm looking for an experienced architect or interior designer or drafter for both residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and space planning for commercial projects
- Contribute to the design of residential projects
- Provide innovative and practical design solutions
- Ensure designs are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing
Mandatory: need to proficient in processing Kitchen cabinet Purchase orders to the factory

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in space planning for commercial projects
- Strong background in residential and commercial design
- Proficient in design software
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
