I'm seeking an experienced residential architect to help with a single-family home project.
Key Services:
- Conceptual Design and Planning: Your role will primarily involve the early stages of the project, where you'll need to take my ideas and requirements and translate them into a cohesive design.
- Interior Design and Layout: I'm looking for an architect who can also assist with the interior design and layout of the home, ensuring a seamless and functional design throughout.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in residential design, particularly single-family homes.
- Proficiency in architectural software.
- Strong design and spatial planning skills.
- Prior experience in interior design is a plus.
- A good understanding of building codes and regulations.
