Refresh A 25-Year Old
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
- My apartment is about 1450 sq feet with an odd-shape layout, located on ground level facing a stretch of tall trees. My tenant is moving out in 2 week's time, hence planning a 2-month make over to move in.
- There are 3 bedrooms. Only master bedroom comes with attached bath, which I intend to remove its bath tub to be a standing shower area.
- The living and dinning areas are laid with dark granite flooring, bedrooms with dark parquet flooring, bath rooms and kitchen with ceramic tiles. I do not intend to change tiles, doors and cabinets to save some money, could refurbish to look nice again.
- The whole apartment looked Dark inside, I want to brighten it up with a better layout & decor.
