(RFQ) for Prefab Marketplace Application for vacation houses

We are seeking proposals from developers or development firms who have experience building and customizing marketplace applications for vacation houses and apartments. The selected vendor should have pre-built solutions that can be tailored to our requirements. We will retain ownership of the code after customization is completed. The application will support bilingual functionality (Arabic and English) with right-to-left (RTL) alignment for Arabic, and is intended for operation in Saudi Arabia.
