50 X 40 RCC G+1 floor plan with north face

Hi,

I am looking for a Floor plan designer for building a 40X50 feet RCC G+1 floor plan on my 66 lengths and 68 feet breadth 4,320 sq feet land.

I am looking for a floor plan having one individual renter room with a kitchen and toilet.
Attached a idea plan for that. Looking for the great idea from you with wall thickness and minimal pillar overhead.

I am from Assam, and you have to design like this so that I can get permission for a floor plan from Govt office.
