Project Description for Freelancer Contest

We own a cafe and have recently rented the adjacent shop to expand our operations. We are looking for a talented freelancer (or team) to help us with both the design and conceptualization of this expansion. The goal is to enlarge our kitchen and dining areas, while also branching into new verticals such as:
- Bakery
- Sweets counter
- Dedicated breakfast section
We need creative yet practical ideas and professional design input for the following:
Scope of Work
Space planning for an expanded kitchen and dining area
Interior layout concepts for seamless connection between old and new spaces
Proposal for integrating bakery, sweets, and breakfast verticals (layout, display, workflow)
Suggestions for branding, signage, and any operational improvements relevant to the new sections
Recommendations for furniture, equipment, and flow optimization for both customers and staff
Deliverables: mood boards, floor plans, 3D views/concepts, a brief expansion strategy
