Project Description: Creation of 2D Floor Plans for Residential Units and Levels

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us create high-quality 2D floor plans for a multi-family house or residential complex.

Requirements:

1. Individual Residential Units:
- 2D floor plans for each unit
- Furniture displayed in white (see example)
- Materials as follows:
- Bathrooms and guest WCs: tiled
- Balconies and terraces: terrace tiles (unless otherwise specified)

2. Floor Plans for Each Level:
- Floor plans for each level (e.g., basement, ground floor, upper floor, attic)
- Color coordination according to the corporate design (to be provided by us and varies per project)

Freelancer Requirements:
- Experience in creating 2D floor plans
- Precise and professional work
- Reliable adherence to deadlines
