Profitable Garage Apartment Construction
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I have an exciting project I'd like to collaborate on, focused on constructing a garage with an apartment above it.
The primary purpose of the apartment isn't just to provide extra space, but to generate a consistent source of rental income. Hence, making it as inviting and livable as possible is a crucial aspect of this project. The apartment should include:

- A full bathroom,
- A comfortable bedroom space.
Of note is that the total square footage for both the garage and apartment will be more than 1,000 sq ft, so space shouldn't be an issue.
I am looking for someone with experience in construction and building design. Ideally, you have previous experience in building rental properties and can provide references or a portfolio of your work. An understanding of maximizing space and creating an inviting environment for potential renters is a big plus.
