Plush Interior designing job for a small office
Budget: $100 – $500 USD
Hello,
We are looking for an Interior designer to design a small office space of 500 sqft.
Its 12ft wide and 42ft long. Bareshell Office so everything needs to be done from scratch.
I would "ideally" like to have a cabin, a conference room, and a seating for 12-14 people.
Other than the space planning, scope of work also includes Ceiling (ac/lighting/etc) and Walls.
Most/ all partitions can be of glass - we can discuss in detail. Flooring in cabin, conference and workstations can have carpet. Small panty for coffee machine/ fridge etc.
Cabin would have working desk with storage/ showcase/ bookshelf above.
There could be some to-and-forth on this project until its satisfactory, so please consider this in your bid.
I would prefer to have someone who understand Indian material/ market/ availability of things. Its for an IT company with mostly young staff and clients. I hope you understand the seating space requirements for desktop-laptop based workstations.
I have ideas for most of it that I can share with you so you can take it further :)
PLUSH and Modern looking is important.
Please bid with some similar work samples. it wouldn't matter how many positive ratings you have unless i can see some work samples.
