30 x 40 Plot House Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am seeking an experienced architect to design a modern house on a 30 x 40 plot. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern architectural styles and be able to incorporate my specific floor plans into the design.
Key requirements for this project include:
- Strong knowledge and experience in modern architectural design
- Ability to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout that maximizes space on the given plot size
- Familiarity with the latest trends and techniques for space optimization
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to my specific plans while incorporating modern design elements

- 11 Feet Height
- Front Set back - 1ft. Left, right and back set back - 2 Ft.
