I'm in need of specialized architectural professionals to assist with the development of plans for a unique project. This involves a 7-bedroom penthouse loft ideally designed with an open concept and adding a spa in the master bedroom. Plan must show mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layout. A builder must be able to read the drawings and know where the electrical wiring’s must be place, where the plumbing must be laid and the where the HVAC must be install.
Additionally, the plan should include a downstairs 'white box' designed to house a cluster of small restaurants and function as a food court. This requires comprehension of space organization, food storage, and preparation areas' designs.
Moreover, the project calls for outdoor landscape designs that align with a modern and contemporary style, making the property visually appealing and inviting.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Architecture and interior design
- Experience in commercial kitchen/food court design
- Landscape design with a contemporary style focus
- Mechanical engineering including HVAC, plumbing and electrical planning
- Ability to design luxury amenities (eg. spa-like master bedroom)
