Patch & Paint Walls, Eaves
Budget: $10 – $300 AUD
I have a mix of interior gyprock walls and the exterior eaves that need to be patched. 6x holes externally and 3 holes internally and then repainted. All top-coat paint will be supplied by me; what I need from you is the know-how, labour and any patching compounds, primers or tools required to leave every surface looking seamless.
Also need to install 1x 800mm long x 25mm thick skirting and have it sanded and painted.
Scope of work
• Repair and skim-coat the affected gyprock areas inside so the finish sits perfectly flush with the surrounding wall.
• Patch any gaps or blemishes on the exterior eaves, making sure the surface is ready to accept paint and withstand weather.
• Apply the paint I provide, using the correct undercoat or sealer where your professional judgement says it’s needed for adhesion and colour uniformity.
• Maintain tidy drop-sheets and leave the work area clean when you’re done.
Acceptance criteria
• Patched sections are invisible after paint cures and match the existing wall or eave profile.
• Colour is even, free of roller or brush marks, and edges are cut in sharply.
• No dust, filler residue or paint drips left on floors, trim or fixtures.
If you’re experienced with gyprock repair, exterior eave maintenance and can deliver that clean, “never-been-touched” look, let’s lock in a start date. Job need to be completed by Thursday.
