We have a 7 bed semi detached residential property in an article 4 area that we want to convert to a whole house holiday let and Cumberland council have said that we would need to get a change of use application submitted. They also said they'd look favourably on it. We will want to make some minor changes to the interior, by adding some ensuite bathrooms, but will keep the exterior as is.
