Organic Modern Home Redesign
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a spatial and new floor plan for my upcoming new construction home. While I love the exterior of the plan, I'm not satisfied with the interior layout and design.
Requirements:
- The new floor plan should encompass the entire house. I have a lake view from across the street so want to take in views from left front of house. 2000 sq ft, 2 bdrms, 2 - 2 1/2 bedrooms, hidden pantry, utility room off of master closet, mudroom off of garage with dog crate integrated for large dog & doggy door for dog to get outside. Stone fireplace with wrap around windows to take in lake views.
- The design should reflect an organic modern style, characterized by natural materials, earthy tones, and a harmonious blend with nature.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in residential spatial planning and floor design.
- Strong portfolio in organic modern interior design.
- Ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
