Old Orchard Beach narrow house

We have a very narrow house lot in a beach community. The max width of the home is 16ft x 45 ft deep and we can go up to 35 ft high. We would like to design a home with a single garage under, two bedrooms with two baths. We like to entertain so kitchen and liveing room space is important which has a deck off the front. So it would have a garage under and to drive into the garage you drive under the deck. Price depends on the quality of work and how we like to design.
