Office layout and interior designer

My project is looking for an experienced office layout and interior designer to help create a cohesive and inspired look for a ground plus four floors office space, measuring approximately 600 sq feet each. No planning approval drawings are required, only the interior and layout designs. The space does not yet have a plan in place, so I am open to the creativity and design expertise of the freelancer. Aspects of the design I am seeking include seating area, lighting plan, and selection of wall art and wallpaper. I am eager to find a designer who has the vision to elevate my office to the next level.
