Office Space Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Request is for a conceptual design for renovation of existing ~3500 office space. Looking for a very fun / hip work environment & an extremely creative Freelancer to design it :) Rooms include:
- Call center area
- 2 Private offices
- Recording studio (video recording, audio recording, very creative space)
- Team area with short walled grouped cubicles
- Kitchen in center area with bathrooms on either side
- Bar area / eating area near kitchen
- Creative / collaborative space
Deliverable will be:
- 3D modeled views (as many so the general contractor can recreate it in the construction phase)
- 2D CAD layout
- A list of all products you selected in your design eg. color choices, carpet, chair selections, etc.
Will provide the following on request and to the selected Freelancer:
- Photographs of existing space
- PDF CAD of existing space so you can get dimensions
