Office Interior Design

We are moving 12-14 of our Pretavoir.co.uk Marketing Team to a new office. We will need 14 desk spaces. At each desk there should be enough space for a moodboard and behind each desk a white board. The desk should be of average size otherwise. We will also have a photographer who will have two desks including a scancube unit. We will require a break out area, meeting area with enough space for 16 chairs. We would also like a bike storage space. It would be good to have a reception area to keep the main space private. We will not have many visitors however when we do they would be directed to the meeting are or the break our area. The space is 1700 sq ft or 160sqm. It is an open reactangular space currently unfurnished and without floor covering. There are 9 windows to front ( one double french door ) and 6 windows to rear wall ( one double french door ) There is good ceiling height. We currently have 6 Ikea Bekant Sit Stand Desks and are likely to add more of these. I also like their new Elloven moodboard on castors. The break out room should have enough seating for 6 and perhaps if there is space a table tennis table?? I would quite like to have 3 or 4 large flat screens both to watch ecommerce videos on youtube and to provice colour in general, We should have one in the break out area and one in the meeting room. Q How best to divifde the area? Q should we have a basic reception desk and room divider with our branding and a couple of tub charis in the 'receiption area. What sort of blinds should we have on window? We are looking at carpet tiles. Should the floor be one colour or different colours dependin on the area. Could we use part of this space for storage of stock from our main stockroom ( that is over capacity ) We need the area to be collaborative so desks shoud not be too far apart. There is quite a lot of light in from the front windows so need to bear this in mind when placing desks. Q Perhaps wall colours and/or decals eg eyewear etc. Perhaps some large plants? If possible furniture from Ikea. Colour Scheme to match our site? Colours on Site: Black, White an Cadet Blue ie 6da5a5. I look forward your help.
