New office interior design

We have a 2000sf office. Needs have changed with lots of video meetings and few personal visits. We would like to open the gypsum partition walls, get new desks and arrangement, change ceiling and lighting. Use international brands that could be bought here (Dubai, UAE), or generic design to be manufactured . Use soft surfaces to absorb sound. Will provide cad floorplan. Aim for low budget procurement. We are aiming for a work environment as big tech companies have(google, twitter, facebook, etc), a bit of fun, and casual "home" like feel. (Note : existing toilet and pantry is not included in the design task, only work and meeting areas)

Stage 1
- briefing from me on driving aspects
- concept ideas, concept selection
Note: We may not proceed further if the concept is not appealing to us.
Stage 2
- floorplan and coordinations with us to refine it and finalize
- ceiling plan with new lighting design
- electrical plan: floor plan to indicate place and number of electrical outlets, data connection points, light switches.
- photorealistic 3D render views to show arrangement, colors, furniture, 5-8 renders
- cross section, wall view, or furniture detailed drawing may be required for certain elements.
- "shopping list" for furniture, lamps , etc, bill of quantities for wall areas and ceiling materials, floor materials
