Multifunctional Basement Redesign and 3D Modelling

Basement 3D Design Needed

Adult Workout Space
TV mounted to wall (We are thinking a picture frame one)
Gym floor needed, this needs to be the industrial rubbish floor
Equipment we own, free weights, adjustable bench, treadmill, yoga mat, foam roller, resistance bands/loops, sliders, stability ball, kettle bell and rebounder trampoline
We were thinking of having mirrors in this space but only if it makes sense/space allows (keep in mind these mirrors need to be space)

Kid Play Area (Under Staircase)
Example: Doll house with kitchen OR reading area (Keep in mind, we are also open to designer input on any other ideas you think would work for this small space)
We want a fun space that our baby (she is only 3 months old) can use for years to come and hopefully keep her occupied when we workout

Mudroom Drop Zone (Right Before The DoorTo Garage)
Our basement is off our garage so we need a zone where we can keep our shoes, coats, hats, car keys, backpacks, etc.
We are a family of three but will add to our family in the future so we want to ensure that we can grow into this space as a potential family of 5
We might want a few outlets to charge things like iPads or Phones
Ideally, it would be nice to have a place to sit to put on shoes

Storage Area
We need an area to store our ski/snowboard stuff, camping things, suitcases, vacuum, some outdoor things
We were thinking this could be right where you walk down the stairs in that nook area but open to suggestions
Ideally, would like this enclosed like a closet or cabinets but if it was open it would just need to be organized properly

Additional Things
We would love to add a sensory swing in the room because a kid or even adult can use it
We were also thinking about adding a Swedish ladder to the space so our child can use it to climb and we can use it for pull-ups/additional body workout

Important Notes
Due to the fact that the ceiling is not high, we were contemplating leaving it exposed in just the gym area since we jump during workouts
We have a very small mini fridge that we previous used for baby bottles so we might bring this down into the space but it is not mandatory (This compact unit measures: 11.25" W x 13.75" D x 16.25" H and weighs 13 lbs. 12 oz)
We have a higher dose PEMF mat that we are considering bring down into the space but it is not mandatory
