Montiboli Villa design

I am looking for someone to design a modern Montiboli villa for me. I already have an idea of what I want the overall look and style to be like, so I'm looking for someone who is able to understand and execute that in their design. I want the building to include medium-sized rooms, ensuring quality but also not taking up too much space.
