The design must incorporate:

-ADA inspired design for aging-in-place
- A minimalistic design to maintain a clean, fresh, clutter-free look
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in designing modern architectural spaces and should have examples of residential projects that embrace open floor plans, large windows, and minimalism. A portfolio highlighting similar past works will be greatly appreciated.
Experience in sustainable architecture would be an added advantage although not a necessity. A strong understanding of maximizing space and creating harmony between design and functionality are key.
