Hi .. I want a modern ground villa the land area is 391 square meters .. which have one master suite with big windows for the balcony also with dressing room and bathroom.. 3 kids room with bathrooms and dressing rooms.. one office room with bathroom .. one kids playing room and a living room with pantry or small kitchen inside.. I would like the house to be the shape of U or H .. which includes a green area outside that I can see from a big window glass..
