Modern Zen House
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an architect/designer to create simple architectural renderings for my house project. The exterior will feature large glass walls complemented by wood and brick. There will also be a small garden area along with a wooden deck, and the interior will follow a simple Modern Minimalist design.
The project will require:
- Rendering from an aerial view and a corner view
- Utilizing provided photos of the actual building as well as hand-drawn sketches indicating key points
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in architectural design and rendering software
- Strong understanding of Modern Minimalist design principles
- Experience with landscape design rendering
- Excellent attention to detail
