I'm seeking an experienced interior designer to create a functional and engaging 5000 sqft workplace that reflects our brand identity. The design should incorporate modern and sleek aesthetics while providing a mix of formal, informal, and semi-formal spaces to accommodate various activities. Please note, that 3ds are not required. All we want is just the space planning and zoning
Key Requirements:
- Reception area + waiting area
- 16 pax board room
- 2 Nos of 2-3 pax meeting rooms
- 2 Nos of 4 pax meeting rooms
- 2 Nos of 8 pax meeting rooms
- 1 Executive cabin
- 2 Collaborative spaces
- Workstations for 30-40 people
- Library / informal meeting room
- 2 Phone booths
- Cafeteria
- Repro area
- Zoning needed
The design should prominently feature our brand colors, logo, and insignias, particularly in the collaborative spaces.
Ideal Designer Skills:
- Proven experience in designing large-scale office spaces
- Strong understanding of modern, sleek design aesthetics
- Ability to integrate brand identity into functional workplace design
- Excellent spatial planning and zoning expertise
