I'm looking for a professional interior designer to create a modern, neutral-toned 3-way bathroom for a family.

1 big 3-Way bathroom must include the below key features:
- Strategic 3-Way Configuration: The ensuite and guest bathroom will be carefully configured within a 3-way layout, maximizing space efficiency and flow.
- Dual-Zone Privacy: The design must facilitate simultaneous, private use by two individuals, ensuring comfort and convenience. (i.e. shower x toilet, toilet x toilet, shower x bathtub)
- Integrated Master Suite: The master bedroom (bedroom 1) will feature a seamless transition to a walk-in wardrobe and a dedicated ensuite, complete with a modern shower and toilet.
- Guest Amenities: A well-appointed bathroom will include a relaxing bathtub and a discreetly placed toilet, providing optimal guest comfort.
- Optimized Natural Light: The design will prioritize and maximize natural light penetration, working within the existing window placements to create a bright and airy atmosphere.
- Comprehensive Linen Storage: A generously sized, integrated storage solution will provide ample space for linens and bathroom essentials, maintaining a clutter-free environment.
- Neutral, Contemporary Aesthetic: A cohesive, modern design through the use of a neutral color palette and materials, creating a timeless and tranquil ambiance.

Project Deliverables:
