I am looking for an experienced architect or designer to help create a modern villa design for a project. The desired architectural style for the villa is modern.
Ground level
Guest room with privite entrance and bathroom with dinning hall and can be used for guest and the owners
Hall for approximately 6*11 m and modern stairs open to the hall
Kitchen and dirty kitchen store
Homemaid and bathroom
Lundry
U shape to have grass and swimming pool
Frist floor
The villa should have 2 bedrooms every room with sperate bathroom . Also private suite having master room with the dress room bathroom and Jakozy and setting area.
Pantry
Blacony
The land where the villa will be built is 22 m*30 m
which is about660 m2
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
