I'm looking for a modern architectural design for a two-story villa. It needs to include an outdoor swimming pool on the south side, with the main entrance located on the east side.
I'm in need of an experienced and creative architect to work on the floor plan for my new villa. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Ability to understand and translate the client's vision into a functional and aesthetically pleasing floor plan. - Strong communication skills and willingness to make revisions as necessary to meet the client's needs. Floor Plan for Home Villa I need Floor Plan design for 2 story Villa including elevations, sections, windows and doors schedules Lot area is 450 SQM with required 156 SQM foot print North is 12 LM East is 13 LM South is 12 LM West is 13 LM Set back from south is swimming pool opens to outdoor landscape setting area and bathroom with washing area. Kitchen 5x5 with store minim 2x3 and Master room minim 3x3 Clothes washing area with open area for clothes drying Two entrance from west. In south 1st Floor Main master room minim 5x7 including closet area 2 other master rooms minimum 4x6 2 separate rooms with bathrooms in between Seating area with a terrace (balcony)
Please note that the 1st floor Light steel roofs where the ground floor will be concrete with rebar steel.
