Modern Tudor House Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a talented architect or designer to create a modern Tudor style house plan that will suit an acreage. The house should accommodate 4-5 bedrooms (2 with ensuites) and include the following additional spaces:
- A home office
- A gym area connected to outside
- A guest suite
Ideal candidates should have experience in designing Tudor style homes and modern architecture. A portfolio demonstrating similar projects will be highly regarded. Understanding of designing for larger plots of land is a plus. Creativity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial for this project.
The attached plan is very suitable if flipped so that the garage is on the right.
It does need some altering though. the lounge needs to be closer to the other living areas and the guest room with ensuite needs to be close to the front door. (maybe move the entry point)

The block that i intend to build on is 5400m2 in size, is on a corner and has quite a steep gradient sloping away from both roads. it is approximately 40x 120m.

I was thinking that a basement may be a good idea however it could be quite expensive, so a large embankment is also acceptable.
the tudor styling in the other image is similar to what i am after but not as extravagant.
