I'm seeking an architect to design a unique modern-traditional style apartment/home stay on a 400m2 plot, complete with a pool.
Key Features:
- A single bedroom or studio
- A lounge area surrounding the pool
- Possibly a water feature on the wall near the pool
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in contemporary and traditional architecture
- Proven track record of designing residential properties
- Ability to creatively integrate outdoor and indoor spaces
- Experience designing pool areas
- Strong communication skills to ensure the project aligns with my vision
- Wanting around 12+ units over 2/3 floors
- want a entertaining/chillout array on a section of 3rd floor as it will have a sea view
