I'm looking for an architect who can design two compact, single-story houses. Here are the details of the project:
- Size: Both houses should be less than 1000 sq ft. Please keep in mind that although the homes are small, they need to feel spacious and practical to live in.
- Style: The houses should have a modern design. I appreciate clean lines, abundant natural light and the use of contemporary materials.
- Layout: I'm after an open floor layout. The living, dining and kitchen areas should ideally flow into one another, creating an expansive and cohesive feel. Bedrooms and bathrooms should be private.
The ideal freelancer for the job is an architect or architectural designer, with a strong portfolio of modern, small, single-story houses. Experience in optimizing small spaces will be greatly valued. Affinity to minimalist and modern designs is preferred.
