I'm seeking a skilled architect or designer to redraw this simple plans for a contemporary, single-story, modern-style home. The house should be designed with a keen eye for modern aesthetics and practicality.
Key Requirements:
Need help changing this plan
1. Changing the "bonus room" to a master bed room and creating a closet and adding a space for a master bath
2. Creating a laundry room inside of Room #2 (the one without a bathroom)
3. Redesigning the kitchen and removing central wall showing a better layout for dining room and living room
- Experience with redesigning single-family homes
