Modern Restaurant Interior Design Needed

I’m planning a new commercial restaurant and need a complete interior design package that captures a clean, modern aesthetic. The space will serve casual dining but with an elevated feel, so the layout must balance efficiency for staff with an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Here’s what I expect:
• Concept mood board that sets the tone through color palette, materials, and lighting cues.
• Scaled floor plan showing seating arrangements, service stations, and circulation paths that meet local codes.
• 3D visualizations or realistic renders to help stakeholders picture the final look.
• A basic fixture-finish schedule listing suggested furniture, lighting, and surface materials with sourcing ideas.

Feel free to use whichever tools you’re most comfortable with—AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or similar—as long as the final files are editable and can be exported to PDF for permitting. I’ll supply current architectural drawings and brand guidelines once we kick off.
