Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a modern design style to the living room, bedroom, and kitchen
- Utilize space effectively in a medium-sized area
- Source furniture, lighting, and decor that aligns with the modern theme
- Experience: Please provide a portfolio showcasing your experience with modern interior design, particularly in residential projects.
- Vision: We are looking for someone who can create a cohesive, sophisticated, and comfortable living space that aligns with our vision.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3DsMax.
- Knowledge of color theory, furniture design, and space planning.
- Proven experience in residential interior design, especially in modern styles
- Strong understanding of space utilization in medium-sized homes
- Proficiency in selecting modern furniture and decor
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and bring the vision to life
