I am seeking a talented interior designer to transform my new 3 bedroom appartment in MEDORE2 in the JLT area into stunning modern spaces. The project is focused on a residential property as end user, and the desired aesthetic is a sleek, contemporary style. You must be living in Dubai, preferably near the JLT area and be able to visit the MEDORE2 showflat to understand the layout etc.
You should have previous experience in this requirement. You should have contacts for quality furniture suppliers, light fittings, etc and fit out workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design an appealing modern interior for a living room and 3 bedroom appartment
- Source appropriate furnishings, fixtures, and decor that align with the modern theme.
- Provide 3D visualizations or mood boards for client approval
- Connections with furtniture suppliers and fit out companies
- Oversee the entire project from start to finish
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in residential interior design
- Strong portfolio of modern design projects
- Excellent spatial awareness and creativity
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max)
- Oversee the entire project from start to finish.
