Requirements:
1. Common Theme: I am looking for a common theme that ties together all rooms of the apartment. The theme should reflect a modern, cozy, and functional design.
2. 3D Models: The designs should include detailed 3D models for each room to help visualize the final look.
3. Functional Design: The design should be both aesthetically pleasing and practical, making efficient use of space.
4. Material and Color Selection: Recommendations for materials and colors that will be used in the renovation.
5. Furniture and Decor: Suggestions for furniture and decor that align with the overall theme.
Deliverables:
• Detailed interior design plans for each room.
• 3D models of the proposed designs.
• A list of suggested materials, colors, furniture, and decor items.
Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience in interior design projects, especially for residential spaces.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work with modern and cohesive design themes.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss ideas and incorporate feedback.
