I’m in need of an experienced interior designer to help me with a project focused on modern residential design. I'm looking to redesign the living room, kitchen, bedroom and home theatre in my home.

Key Tasks Include:
- Develop a modern design concept for the living room, kitchen, bedroom and home theatre.
- Create detailed floor plans and 3D renderings of the proposed design.
- Source and recommend appropriate furniture, fixtures and materials for the redesign.
- Assist in the selection of paint colors, lighting options and other design elements focused on modern aesthetics.
