Modern Redesign for a 1 Bedroom Flat , guest room and 2 Bedroom House

I'm seeking a professional interior designer to give a modern touch to a previously designed 1 bedroom flat, a guest room, and a 2-bedroom house. The redesign should predominantly feature neutral tones.
Key Requirements:
- Expert in modern design principles
- Proficient in spatial awareness and design
- Ability to work with neutral palettes
- Strong communication and interpretation skills

The 1 bedroom and guest rooms are on 1 structure. Please only design 1of each, we will mirror all the other rooms to the same design.
The 2 bedroom house is in plan H1
I have attached a 3d plan to understand my requirement.
I need a quotation to design these 3
1 bedroom flat
1 guest room.
1 X 2 bedroom house
2d design is sufficient . Phase 2 once I'm happy with design we will proceed to final drawings for submission, then interior designing and 3d rendering .
