I am looking for a modern redesign of the front of my house and a detailed design for my back patio. The back patio should accommodate a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a small apartment intended for an elder.
Front of House:

- Key elements to focus on include landscaping, facade improvements, and lighting design.
Back Patio:
- The design must incorporate built-in seating or a lounge area, and an outdoor dining space.
- Additional features include a pool, a small apartment, a gazebo, an outdoor kitchen, and a gym.
Ideal candidates for this project should have strong experience in landscape design, facade improvements, and lighting design, with a portfolio showcasing contemporary, modern designs. Experience with outdoor, multi-use space design is a plus. Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate my vision into the design are essential.
